ROOM JEANNE : Large bedroom on the ground floor of the Mas, with shower -tub and separated toilet. Private terrace and private  garden. Unobstructed view. King size bed, soft premium mattress. TV, WiFi and safe. Fridge and sound system.

ROOM JO: Beautiffull room on ground floor with large winwows giving on the  garden  with private terrace and private garden. King size bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Flat tv screen, WIFi, sound system, fridge , esspresso machine.

 
 

Practical information

- Breakfast is 15€ per person.
- Buffet breakfast, from 8:30am to 10:30am. With local and organic products from the farms around  provencal breads and pasties. Salty, sweet, cereals, seasonal fruits, fresh squeezed juices, local made juices, home made jams, Bio honey from Eygalières, etc.
 
- Arrival between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.
- Departure at 11:00am.
 
- The swimming-pool and the tramploine are not supervised, children must be cared for by parents.

General conditions

 

 

Validation of the booking and Deposit

 

Booking is guaranteed only after receipt of a deposit (non-refundable), which is deduced from the final invoice on arrival. The deposit shall be paid no later than 10 days from the booking date. The deposit corresponds to 30% of the total amount of the stay, with a minimum of a night per booked room. The reservation becomes definitive upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque (payable to TOPSY Sarl - We only accept cheques from banks based in France). For online booking, the deposit is automatically withdrawn from your account by credit card.

 

 

 

Payment of the balance

 

The stay amount has to be settled on the arrival. Additional services not mentionned in this contract are to be paid on check-out.

 

 

 

 

 

Check-in

 

The customer shall arrive between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.

 

 

 

Check-out

 

Rooms must be free for 11:00am. Beyond 12:00am an additional night is charged.

 

 

 

Customer cancellation

 

Any cancellation must by notified by registered letter or e-mail to the management.
• It is accepted and acknowledged by all parties that the deposit is refund only in case of "force majeure", fulfilling the criteria laid down in Article 1148 of the Code Civil and duly justified in a maximum of 3 days delay from the effective knowledge of the operative event.
• If the customer does not arrive before 7pm on the schedule date of begining of the stay, this contract becomes null and void in law and the management may dispose of its rooms. The deposit is retained and the managment is allowed to demand the balance of the price of the stay.
• If the stay is cut short, there is no refund. The price for the cost of accommodation remains entirely with the owner. Unused additional services will be refund.

 

 

 

 

Change of rooms

 

If necessary, without the costumer being eligible for any compensation, the management reserves the right to change the room initially booked by the customer by another room of the same capacity.

 

 

 

Capacity

 

The present contract is written for a precise number of people. If the number is above that level, the management holds the right to refuse the additional customers. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or a rupture of the contract from the part of the management. In case of departure of the customer, none repayment can be considered.

 

 

 

Animals

 

Our friends the pets are accepted. Except élephant, venimous snakes and bears :)

 

Art de vivre, use of the spaces

 

Adherence to a certain art de vivre is required from all guests to ensure the property remains peaceful and comfortable for other guests.

Furthermore, it is required not to smoke in the rooms.

The client promises to respect the interior rules, and enforce respect of it by the people occupying the lodging, set out in the rooms and in the present general conditions.

 

The customer also agrees to leave the place in excellent order at the end of the stay, to report and cover all damages for which the customer may be held liable.

 

The children are under the unique responsability of their parents.

 

The kitchen in not at the guests du-isposal.

 

The management declines all responsibility for lost or stolen objects. An individual safe is at the customer disposal in each room.

 

As soon as the deposit is on our bank account, the booking is valid and means the acceptance of the genral conditions in force, as mentionned at booking.

 

Competent bodies in case of any dispute between the parties : Courts of Tarascon.
According to the data protection act of January 6th, 1978 modified in 2004, you benefit from the right to access and require rectification of the personal information that has been collected about you. The Mas Notre Dame undertakes not to transmit any information you have communicated to any other companies or organisations.
