Validation of the booking and Deposit<\/span>
<\/strong>Booking is guaranteed only after receipt of a deposit (non-refundable), which is deduced from the final invoice on arrival. The deposit shall be paid no later than 10 days from the booking date. The deposit corresponds to 30% of the total amount of the stay, with a minimum of a night per booked room. The reservation becomes definitive upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque (payable to TOPSY Sarl \u2013 We only accept cheques from banks based in France). For online booking, the deposit is automatically withdrawn from your account by credit card.<\/p>

Payment of the balance<\/span>
<\/strong>The stay amount has to be settled on the arrival. Additional services not mentioned in this contract are to be paid on check-out.<\/p>

Check-in<\/span>
<\/strong>The customer shall arrive between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.<\/p>

Check-out<\/span>
<\/strong>Rooms must be free at 11:00 am. Beyond 12:00 am an additional night is charged.<\/p>

Customer cancellation<\/span>
<\/strong>Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the management.
\u2022 It is accepted and acknowledged by all parties that the deposit is refunded only in case of \u201cforce majeure\u201d, fulfilling the criteria laid down in Article 1148 of the Code Civil and duly justified in a maximum of 3 days delay from the effective knowledge of the operative event.
\u2022 If the customer does not arrive before 7 pm on the scheduled date of the beginning of the stay, this contract becomes null and void in law and the management may dispose of its rooms. The deposit is retained and the management is allowed to demand the balance of the price of the stay.
\u2022 If the stay is cut short, there is no refund. The price for the cost of accommodation remains entirely with the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.<\/p>

Change of rooms<\/span>
<\/strong>If necessary, without the customer being eligible for any compensation, the management reserves the right to change the room initially booked by the customer by another room of the same capacity.<\/p>

Capacity<\/span>
<\/strong>The present contract is written for a precise number of people. If the number is above that level, the management holds the right to refuse the additional customers. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or a rupture of the contract from the part of the management. In case of departure of the customer, none repayment can be considered.<\/p>

Animals<\/span>

Adherence to a certain art de Vivre is required from all guests to ensure the property remains peaceful and comfortable for other guests.<\/p>

Furthermore, it is required not to smoke in the rooms. The client promises to respect the interior rules, and enforce respect for it by the people occupying the lodging, set out in the rooms and in the present general conditions.<\/p>

The customer also agrees to leave the place in excellent order at the end of the stay, to report and cover all damages for which the customer may be held liable.<\/p>

The children are under the unique responsibility of their parents. The kitchen is not at the guest\u2019s disposal.<\/p>

The management declines all responsibility for lost or stolen objects. An individual safe is at the customer disposal in each room.<\/p>

As soon as the deposit is in our bank account, the booking is valid and means the acceptance of the general conditions in force, as mentioned at booking.\u00a0Competent bodies in case of any dispute between the parties: Courts of Tarascon.<\/p>

According to the data protection act of January 6th, 1978 modified in 2004, you benefit from the right to access and require rectification of the personal information that has been collected about you.
